NOTICE OF THE ALABC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2022
Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Australia-Latin America Business Council will take place on Wednesday 25 of May 2022 at 5:30 PM via the Zoom conferencing platform. Queensland members are welcome to attend in person at Duratray Office in Brisbane, Level 8, Office 84, 10 Market Street, Brisbane CBD. Over the coming weeks, we will be sharing details on how to connect and participate in the meeting.
Pre-registration is required to attend the AGM and only financial members are permitted to vote and nominate for election as Directors.
The Board of ALABC is seeking to fill up to 5 directorship position. Directorships have a tenure of two years at which time they may stand for re-election. Four directors are required to stand for re-election this year, but one board position has become available due to the resignation of Mr. Andrew Phillips.

If a member is unable to attend in person or by ZOOM, under the Corporations Act the Member has the power to appoint a proxy. The representative may exercise the member's Right to vote in a ballot to appoint directors by election at the AGM.
