 Miguel Inchaustegui Zevallos,Vice-Minister of Mines of the      Ministry of Mines and Energy of Peru.

Miguel Incháustegui Zevallos was born in Lima, Peru and he is a lawyer graduated from  the University of Lima, with an MBA from the San Ignacio de Loyola University. He was Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Sustainable Development of Las Americas and Secretary of the Board of Directors Gold Fields La Cima S.A. until September 2017, having under its responsibility the areas of Community Relations, Sustainable Development, Communications and Institutional Relations.

Fernando L .Benalcazar, Vice-Minister of Mines Ecuador

Fernando L. Benalcazar has been in the extractive industry for 26 years and has provided project management and support for numerous International projects in Syria, France, Canada, United States, Oman, Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil and Ecuador. He focuses in new ventures and investment opportunities, operation excellence, sustainable development, and stakeholder engagement.

This year ALABC's dinner will be held the last day of the IMARC conference and exhibition, the first of November 2018. We expect the participation of up to five Ministers or senior government representatives and CEOs from Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Mexico.
