E-cofueling is a Brisbane-based company whose experienced international management team and alliance partners operate in tandem to commercialize ‘ethanol co-fueling’ and ethanol-related Diesel engine efficiency and emissions technologies. These innovative technologies combine granted and pending international patents to produce purpose-designed engine performance, fuel economy and environmentally-focused tailpipe output systems capable of operating, either in a retro- or factory-fit manner, in all Diesel engine types.
Ongoing development of aligned renewable, ethanol-based inventions will continue to enhance the attractiveness of the technology through growth of the broader intellectual property portfolio. Through an Australian government technology grant, E-cofueling has identified international strategic alliance partners, to advance the development and implementation of the varying market streams.
As a result, E-cofueling now has its key operating base located in São Paulo, Brazil, where commercial activities have commenced. The next phase of growth will see investment finalised while further partnerships are activated and we commence certified infield pilots with agricultural and logistics entities in São Paulo, Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro states.
Brazil represents E-cofueling’s primary market with over 10 million Diesel vehicles awaiting an ethanol solution, to complement the Brazil Government’s ethanol-gasoline market initiative that has 11 million flex-fuel vehicles now active with a further 2-3 million coming online each year.
