We provide a tailored paddock to product service in the provision of inputs and outputs of the livestock market, predominantly involved in the meat and dairy product improvement focussing on but not limited to the sheep and cattle market.
Our aim is to provide services in all areas of production concentrating on high quality output. High quality output is measured in terms of high protein yield, high fodder yield crops. Seed yield is of secondary importance to the development of tailored breeding based on economic and environmental considerations to maximise the return on finite resources.
Quantum-Bio will build the business through engaging in relationships and entering strategic partnerships with a variety of existing companies engaged in the industry in different sectors to provide the services required to provide a total solution.
Quantum-Bio coordinates the provision of professional services, product knowledge and management consulting services to different sectors to provide a total service product, through contract partnership or joint venture programmes.
Quantum-Bio is an Australian company that services the international marketplace in the international marketplace, building on the foundation procedures, policies and production expertise developed in Australia to grow production and facilities in other countries, principally nations with the political stability, geographical positioning and a workforce capable of production.
This strategy is required five fold:
- to maximise the economies and efficiencies of vertical integration;
- to develop business opportunities on a global basis;
- to spread the risk associated with high cost first world production;
- to enhance the growth of opportunities for developing nations; and
- to reduce spill-over costs and risks associated with single supply and regional effects of supply and pricing through effective chain management.
Through this strategy Quantum-Bio will ensure that value adding will occur at all levels of a
vertically integrated business structure.
