Australian Institute of Export
Established in 1957, the Australian Institute of Export (AIEx) has become the leading Australian industry body for International Trade.
Through our various initiatives we have assisted tens of thousands of companies, of all sizes and across all industry sectors, to develop and grow their business in the international marketplace. We collaborate with the export and import community to ensure that Australian companies receive the support they need to successfully compete on the international stage.
The Australian Institute of Export assists Australian businesses in the following areas of International Trade:
- Providing practical education programs on export and import processes and supporting requirements, from documentation to finance, risk protection and IP
- Provides tertiary trade certification through it’s RTO
- Managing key awards programs such as the Premier’s NSW Export Awards and Australian Export Heroes Awards.
- Managing 4 TradeStart offices in Victoria
- Working with 100 consultants nationally who process EMDG claims
- Providing a voice to Government on trade matters, particularly for SME exporters
- Providing export guidance through the Dynamic Export magazine
- Assisting new and younger exporters through monthly Future Leaders in Export sessions in each State.
