The Future of the International Education Industry Post-Pandemic

Peter Mackey is the Director, International Trade with NSW Treasury’s Trade and Investment division. Peter joined NSW Government in 2015 after 7 years with Austrade, which included two international postings as Trade Commissioner to Vietnam and Singapore. During this time, he also led Austrade’s regional education team across ASEAN promoting Australia as an education destination. Prior to joining Austrade, Peter ran an education software start-up business exporting to several countries across North Asia and ASEAN as well as Latin America.

Craig Foster is a former Socerroo and broadcaster. Adjunct Professor of Sport & Social Responsibility with Torrens University, sits on the Multicultural Council of Australia and works across a vast range of social programs from indigenous rights and self determination, homelessness and domestic violence along with refugee advocacy as a Human Rights and Refugee Ambassador for Amnesty Australia, Australia Committee member with Human Rights Watch and Advisory Council member of the Australian Human Rights Institute, UNSW.

ALABC invites you to join the panel discussion about the future of the Education Industry post-pandemic. How is it going to look like and how education providers and agents can collaborate and be prepare for the new reality. This is a free webinar organised by ALABC in collaboration with Study NSW,  ISEAA (International Students Education Agents Association) and Somos21.
